Job Role:
• Looking for 1-3 years of experience
• Responsible for end to end recruitment.
• Job posting on various job portals.
• Hunting for the right fitment and making them understand the company culture, job requirement and crosschecking fitment of the candidate with respect to requirement.
• Scheduling interviews timely of shortlisted candidate after initial screening round.
• Ensure fulfilment of the open position within TAT with best suitable candidate possible.
• Maintaining recruitment database up to date on daily bases.
• Build long term relationship with past and potential candidates.
Experience: 1 - 3 years
Work Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune(Only work from office)
