We're hiring a Senior Interior Architect for a leading boutique architecture & interior design studio specializing in luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

📍 Location: Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore

💼 Experience: 5–8 Years

🕒 Work Mode: Full-time, Onsite (including site visits)

📅 Working Days: Monday – Saturday

💰 Compensation: As per industry standards
About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Architect who can seamlessly manage projects from concept development to execution. The ideal candidate will have strong design sensibilities, technical expertise, and hands-on experience in high-end interior fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities

✔ Develop design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes

✔ Create 2D layouts and high-quality 3D visualizations

✔ Prepare detailed GFC drawings and technical documentation

✔ Coordinate material selection, FF&E, and vendor management

✔ Conduct site visits and ensure quality project execution

✔ Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations

✔ Lead client presentations and design discussions
Required Skills & Experience

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) or Interior Design

✅ 5–8 years of experience in architecture/interior design firms

✅ Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona

✅ Experience in interior execution and site coordination

✅ Expertise in furniture detailing and custom cabinetry

✅ Knowledge of BOQ preparation and budget management

✅ Strong client management and team leadership skills
Portfolio Requirement

Candidates must share a portfolio showcasing:
• Working drawings
• 3D renders
