Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Interior Design Manager, located in Gurugram. The Senior Interior Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing interior design projects from concept to completion. They will lead and mentor the design team, collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, the role includes coordinating with vendors, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and staying updated on the latest design trends and materials.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Interior Design concepts and methodologies
• Experience in Project Management and Team Leadership
• Strong skills in Client Communication and Vendor Coordination
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3Ds Max
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
