Interior Consultant Job Description
The role of an Interior Consultant involves owning the sales funnel and driving sales closure.
Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets on projects month on month through a team of 4 to 6 designers, ensuring sales funnel management for higher conversion rates, and targeting 8 to 10 projects a month by securing new bookings.
• Ensure effective sales funnel management to achieve higher conversion rate outputs.
• Target and achieve 8 to 10 projects a month by ensuring new project bookings.
• Be responsible for customer experience and relationship management.
• Hold design expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, moodboard) and technical design (material knowledge and costing).
• Train designers to ensure sales and enable them to achieve their targets.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's qualification in B-Arch, B-Tech or equivalent is preferred.
