Senior Interior Designer
At Design Cafe, we're seeking a skilled Senior Interior Designer to join our team at Andheri & Thane Center.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet with clients to assess and understand their design requirements and preferences.
Create high-quality sketches, drawings, and floor plans using CAD programs and hand-drawing skills to visualize design concepts and finished projects.
Develop idea boards to effectively communicate design ideas to clients.
Apply in-depth knowledge of design principles to deliver exceptional results.
Present an impressive portfolio showcasing previous work.
Demonstrate creativity, imagination, and a keen eye for design.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in residential projects.
Proven expertise in modular interior design.
1.8-2 years of experience in modular residential interiors, with a minimum of 8-12 completed projects.
Registered diploma or degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
Experience in handling clients and managing projects independently.
Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD and Google Sketch-up.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas efficiently.
Sales skills, with the capacity to handle both design and sales aspects.
Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
Availability to work over weekends.
Qualifications:
Academic: Diploma in Interior Designing (2/3 years), B.Arch.
Technical Skills:
Interior Designer.
Google Sketch-up.
AutoCAD.
Microsoft office.
