Key Responsibilities:
• Project Leadership:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals.
• Develop design concepts that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
• Design Development:
• Create detailed design plans, including layouts, color schemes, lighting, and furniture selections.
• Utilize advanced design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) to produce high-quality renderings and presentations.
• Select and specify materials, finishes, and furnishings.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with the approved plans.
• Client Relations:
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Present design proposals and modifications to clients, incorporating their feedback into the final design.
• Ensure client satisfaction through all phases of the design process.
• Team Collaboration:
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Budget Management:
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective design solutions.
• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best prices for materials and furnishings.
• Monitor project expenses and adjust plans as necessary to stay within budget.
• Industry Knowledge:
• Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and professional development opportunities to continually enhance skills and knowledge.
• Incorporate sustainable design practices and innovative solutions into projects.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of completed projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
Preferred Skills:
• Certification from a recognized interior design association (e.g., NCIDQ, ASID).
• Experience in commercial, residential, and hospitality design.
