JOB DESCRIPTION :
• Wow the clients with designs & professionalism.
• Developing design ideas & concepts in consultation with the client and establishing final briefs.
• Produce rough sketches and a mood board (a collection of suitable images, colours and materials) for presentation to clients.
• Zero error, complete, standard and easy to understand PDs.
• Process and checklist adherence 100%.
• Complete design phase (PDs, movable furniture, deco lightings, curtains, painting, etc).
• Ownership of design phase (Queries, escalations and solutions).
• Design phase completed within agreed timeline.
• Better industry knowledge in terms of materials, themes, processes & pricing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
Jadwal:
• Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
• Residential Interior: 1 year (Required)

About the job:
HomCrafts is currently seeking a 'Sr. Interior Designer' to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The 'Sr. Interior designers' will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetic designs that meet the client's needs and preferences. The role requires collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of projects while adhering to design standards, regulations, and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Meet new clients, and understand their requirements in detail.
2. Own your projects from start to finish, all design deliverables-drawings, presentations, material selection, BOQ.
3. Handle customer interaction via e-mails, phone calls, and personal meetings at the site office.
4. Meet deadlines and maintain the quality of the deliverables.
5. Deal with client front-ending, brief understanding, and validation to design project development and coordination from concept to installation stages.
6. Work closely with the client and our interior design team to finalize the 3D and 2D design.
7. Be able to educate customers about the competitive advantages of the products of the company.
8. Deliver the production drawing of your assigned project and help the interior designer with their projects.
+. Collaborate with the execution support team to ensure your design turns into reality seamlessly. Visit the site for a better understanding (if required).
1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.
