Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and constructive Sr. Interior Designer & Sales Advisor to undertake a variety of space designing projects from concept to completion. We are looking for artistic, detail-oriented candidates with good interpersonal and Technical Skills for the position of Senior Interior Designer.
Key Responsibilities:
Consulting with clients about their needs to create a design solution that meets their goals and requirements
Creating conceptual sketches, renderings, and other illustrations to communicate design concepts to clients
Presenting and participating in client meetings to discuss design plans, concepts and gather feedback to gain. approval for preliminary plans
Developing interior design concepts for residential or commercial spaces
Compiling and creating documents regarding client preferences, trending culture, technical, architectural and interior trends or styles to create a design concept that meets the clients requirements with ergonomics and aesthetics.
Reviewing project construction designs & documents to ensure that specifications meet customers requirements
Managing the project process from start to finish by overseeing process, scheduling of upcoming meetings with clients and communicating to other team members
Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelors/ Post-Graduate degree in interior design, architecture, or related field
3+ years of professional experience in interior design or a related field
Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and innovative design skills
Strong portfolio of work showcasing design skills and abilities
Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp or other design programs
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Project and time management skills
