Key Qualifications:
• 5+ years of professional experience in residential interior design
• Degree from a two- or four-year accredited interior design program (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of color theory, materiality, furniture sourcing, and FF&E
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Microsoft Office, and Design Manager
• Experience preparing detailed drawing sets including floor plans, elevations, sections, and schedules (finish, plumbing, door, and lighting)
• Familiarity with furniture installation plans and coordination with consultants and vendors
• Confident client-facing skills and ability to manage projects independently
• Strong organizational, time management, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, creative, and able to work both collaboratively and independently
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop interior schemes including sourcing for furniture, lighting, finishes, fabrics, and decorative elements
• Contribute to all aspects of the project, including design, coordination, budgeting, and operations
• Generate visual presentations using various digital and physical media
• Lead client communication and coordination throughout all phases of the project
• Prepare and review detailed construction drawing sets and FF&E documentation
• Coordinate architectural finishes and ensure compliance with design intent
• Manage FF&E budgets and oversee procurement, placement, and installation
• Review samples and shop drawings for accuracy and alignment with specifications
