Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high quality and client satisfaction.
2. Create innovative and functional design concepts that align with client's goals and brand identity.
3. Develop detailed drawings, renderings, and material specifications for client presentations.
4. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project feasibility and compliance with building codes.
5. Stay current on industry trends, materials, and technology to bring fresh ideas to each project.
6. Mentor and train junior interior designers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
7. Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners to promote repeat business and referrals.
