This firm are seeking a seasoned Senior Interior Designer with a passion for hospitality design and a strong ability to lead client engagement. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, and internal teams, managing all aspects of meetings, presentations, and project communication. You’ll be responsible for guiding the team in creating visual presentations and ensuring agendas, meeting notes, and client interactions are handled with clarity and professionalism. This role demands a deep understanding of interior design processes from concept through construction and installation. You will drive the creative vision while maintaining high standards of design and technical execution. Your responsibilities will include producing and reviewing FF&E specifications, custom drawings, and construction documents, coordinating with internal leadership for quality control. A strong grasp of brand standards and the ability to translate client goals into functional, elevated design outcomes is essential. In addition to project oversight, you’ll be expected to lead and mentor junior designers, establishing clear goals and timelines for project deliverables. You’ll conduct on-site visits, provide direction to contractors and vendors, and address project challenges proactively. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Interior Design or a related field and have 5–10 years of experience in hospitality focused projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office is required, along with strong communication, team-building, and project management skills.
