Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer cum Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a creative and innovative approach to design, with a focus on delivering high-quality interior spaces that meet our clients" needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a professional with 2 to 5 years of experience to contribute to a variety of projects and play a key role in our design team.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with clients to understand their design preferences, functional needs, and project goals.
Develop innovative and aesthetically pleasing design concepts that align with client requirements and project budgets.
Produce detailed interior and architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
Coordinate with project managers and other team members. to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Present design concepts and proposals to clients, addressing feedback and making adjustments as needed.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand and incorporate their feedback throughout the design process.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the seamless integration of interior design elements with the overall architectural vision.
Work as part of a collaborative team, contributing to a positive and innovative studio culture.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience in interior design and architecture, with a portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
