Key Responsibilities:
• Design Development: Create innovative and functional design solutions based on client needs, project requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Project Management: Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial concept through to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their vision, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback into the final design.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents. Ensure accuracy and compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
• Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure design integrity and successful project execution.
• Research & Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies. Introduce new ideas and solutions to enhance project outcomes.

• AutoCAD: 1 year (Required)
