Senior Interior Designer

We are currently recruiting for a senior level Interior Designer with a minimum of two years of relevant experience to join our interior design team in our new Delhi based design studio.The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Creative Director. The position involves running projects, through all aspects of interior design, from design team management, space planning, concept development, and design development through to implementation on site.We are looking or a person who is capable of leading projects, presenting and communicating directly with clients, as well as having the confidence to coordinate with other specialist consultants. Candidate should be a team player with good communication skills and can demonstrate creativity with performance.Key ResponsibilitiesStrong design and creativity with excellent attention to detail and presentation skills.Preparation of designs to meet the clients program, quality guidelines and project constrains staying true design intent.Proficient in developing and producing design packages from concept through to construction detailing and specification.Provide FF&E research, selections, budgeting, BOQ's and design presentations including material board and finishes schedule.Coordination with vendors and manufacturers.Manage overall budget, schedules, FF&E shop drawings & general submittals and coordination on interior projects.Including managing the project team, consultants, suppliers at all stages from concept design through to post-site operations.Ability to strictly manage project budgets and to work to tight deadlines.Proficient in AutoCad, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D MAX, MS Office.Key AttributesArchitectural Degree from an accredited institution in Interior DesignMinimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience as an Interior Designer- excluding internships.Confident, articulate and compelling presenter.Ability to multi-task and manage various and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Outstanding design and conceptual sensibility.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Basic hand sketching skills.Ability to work in a team and give and take direction.To ApplyPlease email your portfolio resume and cover letter in a pdf format (Max file size 10 mb) to [HIDDEN TEXT].
