Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer located in Gurugram. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection. They will collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, develop design concepts, create detailed drawings and specifications, and oversee the installation and implementation of the design.
Responsibilities:
• Develop design concepts and presentations to communicate vision to clients
• Lead project execution from start to finish, including design, documentation, permitting, procurement, and installation
• Manage and mentor junior designers and provide art direction
• Oversee coordination with clients, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to scope, budget, timeline and design standards
• Stay up-to-date on trends and innovations in the interior design industry
Requirement s:
• 8+ years of interior design experience, luxury residential/hospitality preferred
• Led and delivered minimum 10 Interior projects.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating creativity, style range, and project management skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, and Lumion
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Experience managing multiple complex, high-budget projects simultaneously
• Degree/diploma in Interior Design or Architecture preferred
• Strong leadership abilities and attention to detail
• Passion for design and aesthetics
