Key Responsibilities:
• Engage clients in the design process by understanding their preferences and requirements.
• Create a design concept and plan that meets the project goals and the needs of the client.
• Utilize design software to create detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings.
• Align materials, furnishings, and finishes with the design concept.
• Maintain an effective project timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
• Ensure seamless project execution by coordinating with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Make sure you keep up with the latest trends in the industry and incorporate innovative design solutions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
