Job Summary
We are hiring a Senior Interior Fit-out Engineer with a strong background in hospital interior projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in execution, costing, billing, tendering, and managing subcontractors/petty contractors for various interior trades. The role requires effective coordination with services and delivery within quality and timeline commitments.

Key Responsibilities
•Lead the execution of interior fit-out works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, fixed furniture, and healthcare-specific finishes.
•Identify, finalize, and depute suitable subcontractors and petty contractors for specialized interior work packages.
•Review GFC drawings and coordinate with MEP, HVAC, and medical gas service teams to ensure proper integration with interior elements.
•Monitor site execution to ensure work quality, progress, and adherence to healthcare safety/infection control norms.
•Prepare project cost estimates, BOQs, rate analysis, and assist in budgeting and value engineering.
•Manage subcontractor/vendor quotations, negotiations, and award work based on commercial and technical evaluation.
•Verify and process contractor bills (RA/final), track material consumption, and maintain cost control.
•Prepare and maintain work schedules, manpower deployment plans, and material delivery timelines.
•Conduct regular site reviews, resolve execution bottlenecks, and maintain documentation for project tracking and client reporting.
•Ensure compliance with statutory norms and hospital planning guidelines including NABH.

•Proven experience in deputing and managing subcontractors/petty contractors for interior projects.
•Strong technical knowledge of healthcare interiors, modular OT, clean room requirements, and material specifications.
•Proficiency in project billing, costing, tendering, and contractor rate negotiation.
•Competence in reading architectural and MEP drawings.
•Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, and ERP or billing tools.
•Ability to handle site independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
•Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
