Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable Java applications. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our software architecture, mentoring junior developers, and delivering robust backend services that power mission-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications with high performance and scalability.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and design patterns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and product managers.
Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes in a timely manner.
Contribute to the architecture and design of new features and services.
Mentor junior developers and support their growth through knowledge sharing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in Java development (Java 8 or later).
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Proficiency in working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks like Hibernate.
Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Knowledge of build tools like Maven or Gradle.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
