Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
6+yearsoffull stack software development on web and client/server solutions
6+ years of experience with back-end Java development
6+ years of experience using modern front-end language (React, Typescript, etc.)
Must have experience working with NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, MariaDB, etc.)
Experience with Spring Framework, JMS, SOAP, and REST web services
Experience with event-driven programming/ architecture
Must have an active Public Trust or Top-Secret Clearance
Ability to travel up to 10% overnight for client/project travel
Expected to co-locate in your designated geo hub location up to 30% of the time based on business needs
Must live in a commutable distance (a 100-mile radius) or be willing to relocate to one of the following delivery locations: Gilbert, AZ - Lake Mary, FL - Atlanta, GA - Charlotte, NC - Mechanicsburg, PA - Philadelphia PA - Houston, TX - Dallas, TX - with the ability to commute to the assigned location without the need for overnight accommodations

Responsibilities
Lead development teams to provide technical deliverables in accordance with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodologies such as SCRUM and Agile
Design, develop, and modify software systems and custom components using modern dev stack
Develop software solutions by analyzing system performance standards; confer with users or system engineers
Analyze systems flow, data usage, work processes, and investigate problem areas
Integrate existing software into new or modified systems
Develop and execute test procedures for software components
Analyze user requirements to derive technical software design and performance requirements
Plan, track, and manage deliverables on short-term sprints and long-term software deployments
