Position: Senior Java Developer
Experience: at least 6 years
CTC Budget: 6 to 8 Years: 24 LPA
Notice Period: 10 to 15 Days (June 2026: Joiner Preferred)
8+ Years: 30-34 LPA
Location: Guragon and Pune
Work Mode: Hybrid
Duration: Full-time
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
• Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Participate in architectural design discussions and propose solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in Java development.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and methodologies.
Must Have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Java Developer, with at least 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java programming language and object-oriented design principles.
• Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, etc.).
• Minimum 2 years of expereince in React Technologies
• Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
• Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate).
• Experience with RESTful web services and API development.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS
• Certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Spring Professional are advantageous
