An exceptional opportunity exists to appoint a Senior Legal Counsel to this award-winning legal team.
You will play a pivotal role in providing strategic legal counsel to the business, working closely with senior executives to shape the future of the company.
As part of a high-performing team of experienced lawyers in the Melbourne office, you will collaborate with stakeholders across various complex commercial arrangements, advise on risk and strategy, and provide key legal support across areas such as competition and marketing, IP/IT, regulatory matters, corporate, privacy etc.
Key Skills and Experience
Corporate & Commercial Lawyers with 6-+ years PQE will be considered.
A background from a well-known, large, national or top-tier Australian law firm is essential.
The ability to work in an advisory capacity, rather than purely transactional, is crucial.
Experience in regulatory compliance, corporate/commercial, consumer and competition law, privacy/data, digital law will be highly valued.

Strong interpersonal skills, confidence, and sharp business acuity.
