**Job Overview**

Hoban Recruitment is seeking an experienced Legal Operations Officer to join our team in Deakin, ACT. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the strategic and operational functions of our client's legal divisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law or administration and excellent organizational skills. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide policy advice, conduct legal administrative tasks, and ensure compliance with legislative frameworks.

Main Responsibilities:

Understanding and applying relevant legislative frameworks.
Managing ART case summaries, FOI requests, and complaints.
Providing administrative and operational support to legal divisions.
Drafting responses and correspondence for ART-related matters.
Engaging with stakeholders to achieve work area and agency goals.
Identifying process improvement opportunities.
