In addition to litigation and contract review, the candidate will be responsible for conducting due diligence on various projects and transactions to identify potential risks and opportunities. This will involve researching and analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience in handling labor and HR related issues, including employee disputes and terminations. They should also have knowledge of indirect tax activities, including GST, VAT, and customs laws.
