Sr. Manager – Digital Impulse
The Sr. Manager would be responsible for the end-to-end cycle for the content creation for the process of Talent Box/Mittlearn product which involves coordination with the teachers, working on the end-to-end contract management, deliverables defining, work basis coordination and further evaluation and checking for the final product to be pushed for the sellable assistance. The individual will ensure that video content/written material is created in accordance with best practices and is of high quality. They will moderate content for accuracy and appropriateness, as well as provide feedback to teachers on their content. Ultimately, this individual will help to create an engaging and effective learning experience for students.
In addition, the profile would also include coordinating with the team on the work and to maintain the logs for the roles and responsibilities for them.
Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate content creation efforts from teachers and other stakeholders
• Monitor and moderate content for accuracy, appropriateness, and quality
• Provide feedback to teachers on content to ensure best practices are being followed
• Develop and maintain a library of content for easy access
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of content
• Proactively identify areas for improvement in content creation
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure content is being effectively used
• Stay current on industry trends and technology to ensure content remains up-to-date for the new courses and prospects
• End-to-end contract management with the teachers and/or stakeholders to ensure that all the details are regularised
• Team base coordination and management
• Monitor usage and analytics of content to ensure effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Skills And Qualifications
• Industry experience of 4-7 years with visible experience in online learning courses and development
• Graduate (BA or BSC) with certification in the digital marketing field would be an add-on
• Should be well versed with digital platforms and video editing platforms such as after effects, primer pro, and Illustrator to identify the tasks in hand and possibility for the modifications when required
• Should have handled a team of at least 5-10 persons earlier
• Effective communicator and a good listener
• Well-versed in MS Office tools
