Roles and Responsibilities:
Accounts, Treasury & Banking
To ensure closure of all books of accounts / balance sheets on quarterly, half yearly and annual basis.
To absorb the current Organizational processes, systems, controls, suggest and implement the improvements in the same.
To Supervise, Monitor and ensure Payables, & Receivables are functioning as per the set protocols and identify the improvement areas.
To manage & Monitor Cash Flow on day-to-day basis.
To prepare and provide MIS to institutional lenders, Financial institutions and Banks.
Taxation: & Compliances :
To ensure all Tax compliances including indirect taxes (GST) & RERA are met on regular basis and responding to the notices from Tax Authorities.
To provide extensive support from accounting records, documents & relevant Rules / Clauses perspective to Tax with Tax Consultants/ Authorities on Tax Assessments / Scrutiny/ Appeals etc. and personally attend wherever required.
Team Management:
To lead the team from the front and demonstrate by setting an example by him/her of a Work-o-holic spirit.
To act as a facilitator to other department HODs from timely action of Payables & Receivables
To be abreast on Statutory tax changes & properly informing the contracts department for implementation of the same.
Required Candidate profile
Functional: Accounts & Controls, Taxation Compliances.
Technical: Exposure to Tally ERP & MS Office is must.
Behavioral: Team Management, Time Management, Communication Skills, & System Oriented
