Job Description:
1. SERVICE DELIVERY & CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:
Monitor and responsible to achieve successful completion of work as per the time, budget and quality standards.
The various jobs include but not limited to Taxation, Accountancy, Payroll, Debtor Management, Statutory Financial statements etc. Maintaining accounting records and preparing accounts and management information for small businesses (accountancy)
Run & lead the process performance in line with the agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and targets.
Develop, articulate and implement the business strategy for their operations unit.
Single point of contact for all client queries and solely responsible for customer satisfaction
Drive process efficiency and consistency.
Develop long term goals within own business areas to align with the organizations vision.
Work extensively with the onshore stakeholders to identify and improve current processes & systems
2. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Lead a team of around +-10 team members
Measure performance of the team against SLAs and KPIs.
Provide leadership to the junior staff with an oversight for issue resolution.
Create an environment that encourages employee retention, promote high levels of employee engagement and ensure continuous improvements in employee satisfaction.
Embed a culture of regular reviews and performance management aligned to company standards.
Act as a champion for change within BBW Group
Salary Offerings: 8 to 12 Lac P.A.
Shift Timings: 7 AM to 4 PM
Gender Preference: Male/Female both are welcome
