Your New Role
We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Agile Delivery Lead to lead high‑impact digital delivery across our CRM and customer engagement platforms. In this senior leadership role, you’ll be accountable for translating business strategy into tangible technology outcomes, guiding agile delivery teams and ensuring work is delivered efficiently, safely and at pace. You’ll act as both a Delivery Lead and Scrum Master, while also leading and developing capability across your team. Reporting to the Head of Data & AI, this role sits at the intersection of business, technology and delivery leadership, with strong influence across senior stakeholders.
Please note this role is a parental leave cover.
Some responsibilities include:
Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of CRM and digital platform outcomes;
Translate business goals into clear delivery plans and technology roadmaps;
Lead and develop agile delivery teams, including people management and capability building;
Act as Scrum Master for squads where required;
Build strong relationships across Technology, Data, Platforms and the business;
Influence and align senior stakeholders by clearly articulating delivery outcomes and trade‑offs; and
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
How do you exceed our expectations?

Proven experience in agile delivery or project management, including senior leadership experience;
Deep hands‑on knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban);
Proven experience leading delivery of digital / CRM platforms in complex environments;
Strong technical and delivery leadership background, ideally within financial services;
Experience delivering using both Agile and traditional project methodologies;
Expertise with tools such as Jira and Confluence;
Strong executive communication, planning and influencing skills;
Relevant Agile or Scrum Master certifications highly regarded;
You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
