Who we are looking for:
Campbell’s Information Technology is seeking an experienced leader of Data Solution Architecture Practice who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, is a change agent, has a transformational mindset, and values the opportunity to drive digital transformation at Cambells information management space
What you will do:
• Leading the design and implementation of data solutions using Databricks, Snowflake, and SAC to meet business requirements.
• Collaborating with enterprise architecture and digital solutions teams to ensure alignment with the overall IT strategy.
• Managing the integration of data solutions with other enterprise systems and platforms.
• Overseeing the design and problem solving of data models, data architecture, data analytics, and reporting systems.
• Ensuring the security, quality, and integrity of data solutions.
• Staying up to date with industry trends and developments in information management and related technologies.
• Working closely with top collaborators to drive innovation and deliver value through data solutions.
• Establishing Enterprise Data Solution Architecture practice
What you bring to the table (must have):
• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• 7+ years of progressive experience in information management
• Minimum 3-5 years of leading and managing internal and external teams, partners and vendors.
• In depth experience with Data Bricks, Snowflake, SAP DSP/SAC solutions
• Experience designing and implementing data solutions in the cloud including cloud FINOps
• Deep understanding of information management domain including but not limited to data modeling, data integration, modern tools and technologies in information management
• Strong people manager – motivator, enabler, change agent
• Strong background in data architecture and analytics
• Change agent with strong ability to design and implement advanced technologies in information management space
Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$105,000-$172,200
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
