Job Title: SR Manager -Delivery
Job Summary: The Senior Delivery manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of multiple projects in a multi-vendor environment, preferably in BFSI domain in collaboration with onshore teams. The person should have hands-on experience in managing delivery of projects, implementing service improvements, escalation management and leading and maturing diverse teams. He should have experience in stakeholder management.
To be noted, we require someone experienced in managing delivery and not a technical project manager. However, a project manager with delivery management experience can be considered for evaluation.

Required Skills
• Experience in managing projects like OS platform support (Linux/Windows),
• HP Proliant, CISCO UCS,
• Working knowledge of Next Gen Infrastructure like VMware, Dell servers etc
• Understanding of working principles of various storage infrastructure e.g NetApp, Cohesity clusters, SAN, NAS
Tools & Technology
• ServiceNow, Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Confluence
Role and Responsibilities:
• Manage operations & engineering resources across multiple projects in a fast-paced multi-vendor environment.
• Effectively prioritize and manage all tasks and escalations taking ownership for end-end delivery.
• Establishes team goals and objectives and puts in place tracking mechanism to evaluate performance against goals.
• Drive compliance to service performance metrics (KPIs and SLAs)
• Continuously identify process improvements to ensure that the practices processes are aligned to global delivery practices.
• Delivery through risk driven approach.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders. Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Implement and improve communication and reporting mechanisms to manage issues, risks and timely delivery of initiative results.
• Develop technical capabilities and managerial capabilities of the next level.
• Anticipate future growth and advise on resource needs. Build the team and skills necessary to meet long-term objectives.
• Assess employee performance frequently, address under-performance, and recognize and promote excellent performance.
• Attract and retain high quality talent to the organization and work on building and providing them with fulfilling career paths and careers.
Qualification:
• B, Tech / M, Tech with 15 to 20 years of experience in managing offshore delivery operations in on-shore-offshore model preferably in BFSI domain in a multi-vendor environment.
• Experience in handling in-bound transition of projects, team building, process standardization and automation of delivery aspects to delivery stabilization and maturity
• Excellent oral, written, cross functional and interpersonal communication skills.
• Expert process and delivery management skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes, especially Incident & Change management
