Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Client Servicing Manager to join our dynamic digital marketing agency. The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their goals and objectives, and ensuring the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all digital marketing initiatives.
• Understand clients' business objectives, industry trends, and competitive landscape to develop tailored digital marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, SEO, social media, and analytics, to develop comprehensive and effective digital marketing campaigns.
• Present and pitch digital marketing strategies and campaign proposals to clients, ensuring alignment with their objectives and expectations.
• Coordinate and manage the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients, and making recommendations for optimization and improvement.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional digital marketing services to clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to continuously enhance client service and drive innovation.
• Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively, providing exceptional customer support and maintaining high client satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including preparing proposals, conducting client presentations, and participating in client acquisition activities.
Brand Communication
• Actively participate in the development of Brand / Communication strategies based on clients’ sales and marketing objectives. Initiate Brand planning discussions between the client and agency teams.
• Independently work on small assignments, handle client meetings at junior levels, take small briefs, and independently present the Agency’s recommendations on such assignments.
• Obtain, tabulate, maintain, and update sales and market share information for the client (and its competitors) and share this with other team members.
Team Management
• Minute and circulate all discussions/briefs/ information, post-client meetings, and telephonic or email interactions with the client.
• Prepare briefs for creative development, Market planning, Market Research, etc.
• Research and compile information to support the development of work for the client.
• Preparation of job requisitions for the Studio, Creative Department, Media, production, etc.
• Regularly follow up with Studio, Media, Production, and other departments to ensure ongoing jobs are being executed as per the brief and as per time schedules.
• Coordinate with and assist relevant departments in creative assignments, film / TV production, etc.
Payment Collection -
• Supervise and ensure that all estimates and bills are submitted on time and approved/acknowledged by the client.
• Forward outstanding statements and payment reminders to clients and follow up on the timely collection of payments.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a client servicing role within a digital marketing agency or similar digital, brand management, and marketing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, channels, and tools, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to clients and internal teams.
• Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights and make data-driven recommendations.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to upsell and cross-sell services to clients.
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and CRM systems.
