Our client is a reputedInternational Online Retail marketplace in Fashion for exculsive premium brands Looking for a Sr Manager F A PURPOSE OF THE JOB Managing daily operations of the accounting department Monitoring and analysing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods policies and principles 2 DETAILS OF THE JOB Designation Job Sr Manager F A Level Department Head Reportees 56 Work Location New Delhi 3 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Accountabilities Scope of work Accounting Operations Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded reviewing journal entries Prepares reviews Financial forecasts Budgeting MIS Account balance reconciliations Report preparation Finalization of companys financials as per applicable laws Establish and enforce proper accounting methods policies and principles Actively review and advise on financial accounting processes Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices Audits other Administration Coordination with Internal and Statutory auditors to ensure effectively and timely audits Debtors management Vendors management Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions Make recommendations for changes as needed and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed and establishes the proper techniques to discover and prevent frauds Taxation Coordination with tax team to ensure all statutory compliances Payments of GST TDS PF Professional tax MLWFs Timely submission of various statements documents Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents Data Management Budgeting Preparation of budgets cash flows MIS etc 4 KEY INTERFACES External Interfaces Internal Interfaces Vendors and clients Corporate Finance Team 5 EDUCATION EXPERIENCE CA with 10 12 years Desirable experience Working at Mid to Semi Senior Management level in a MidSized Corporate in F A department preferable in the Retail Sector reporting directly to Group CFO or Business Head Manafging a team of 34 Accountants 6 SKILLS REQUIRED Skills Description Level Basic Intermediate Advanced Functional Skills Process Driven Approach Problem Solving Skills Presentation Skills Advanced Behavioral Skills Strong Communication Skills Team Player Intermediate
