Job Description
The position has the responsibility the complete man power resourcing and Management for whole organisation.
Monitoring, designing & establishment of HR process for the organisation Responsible for all resource,recruitment,joining formalities and Management related activities.
Responsible and Actual analysis of absenteesim,attrition and POA accordingly.
Demonstrate High Level of Client Engagement & Establish excellent working relationship with Clients Liaison with local and Government bodies.
Ensure timely availability of man powers as required by operations team. Responsible for all staffs induction training, site staff training periodically. Create work practices and systems at complex level for high client satisfaction ensure regulatory compliance and pay disbursement.
Coach and develop team at organisation level- directly and indirectly reporting at organisation.
Impart training to Core Roles & Work closely with HODS & SME's for the same Provide advice on health, safety and well being issues.
Responsible for the enforcement of health and safety legislation Prepare organizational safety policy and ensure Safety standards are maintained
To impart to all employees the understanding that the violation of standard safe working practices is as serious as the violation of any other company rule and shall take corrective action when safety rules are ignored and set a good safety example himself To make it possible for each employee to take part in the safety program by personal contact and group discussions Providing leadership in developing measures and practices that that prevent accidents and ensure compliance with Safety standards.
Ensure that Safety Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are maintained, and communicated to employees.
Ensuring implementation & monitoring of Quality Management Systems’ requirements into the organization’s processes Employees KRA review progressively as well as yearly for enhancement for of operational including review,KRA and Take review of business,Management system objectives and its progress. Must have schooling background
Must be facility management background.
