LOCATION: Bangalore/Mumbai Job opportunity in Bangalore / Mumbai for an Human Resource Outsourcing / Operations professionals holding experience of at least 18+ years' experience in Payroll or Talent Acquisition having expertise in HR due diligence, HR Transformation You will use your experience in skills in HR Consulting & Solution Delivery to cater the needs of the clients . RESPONSIBLITIES: • Leading key strategic initiatives, driving transformation and process reengineering in HR Operations • Consulting Clients on organisation design & target operating model • Leading and managing the HRO Consulting projects ensuring successful delivery and outcomes of the project • Creating end to end HRO outsourcing solution focusing on key solution tenants • Providing the input into the technology enablement and assist in identifying automation opportunities and address process administration gaps • Designing HRO solutions & lead client solution presentation and solution orals • Working closely with transitions and Change management teams to ensure smooth transition of HRO activities.
