Role Overview
As the Senior HR & Operations Manager, you will serve as the strategic bridge between our workforce and our clients. You will be responsible for scaling a high-performing leasing team, streamlining office operations, and acting as the primary point of resolution for complex client grievances. Your goal is to ensure that 99tolet remains the most trusted name in Jaipur’s real estate market through operational excellence and superior service recovery.
1. Human Resources & Talent Management
• Strategic Hiring: Lead the end-to-end recruitment for Leasing Executives (Residential/Commercial) and support staff.
• Performance Culture: Design and monitor KRA/KPI frameworks. Manage the "Base + Commission" incentive structures to drive sales targets.
• Onboarding & Training: Conduct rigorous training on site-visit etiquette, negotiation techniques, and the use of 360-degree virtual tour technology.
• Employee Relations: Maintain a high-energy work environment and handle all internal grievances or payroll queries.
2. Operations & Process Excellence
• Workflow Automation: Oversee the lifecycle of a lead—from initial inquiry on portals (99acres, MagicBricks) to the final execution of the lease.
• Compliance & Legal: Ensure all rental agreements, KYC documents, and police verification protocols are handled accurately and timely.
• Data Management: Supervise CRM hygiene, ensuring the property database is updated daily with high-quality photos and accurate descriptions.
• Vendor Relations: Manage contracts with photographers, digital marketing agencies, and office maintenance vendors.
3. Client Handling & Conflict Resolution
• Escalation Desk: Serve as the senior point of contact for clients (Landlords or Tenants) when issues arise that junior staff cannot resolve.
• Mediation: Fairly negotiate disputes regarding security deposits, maintenance responsibilities, or early lease terminations.
• Service Recovery: Turn negative experiences into positive ones through empathetic communication and swift action.
• Retention: Conduct regular "Check-in" calls with premium commercial clients and HNW landlords to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Experience: 4–7 years in a combined HR and Operations role. Experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Banking is a major plus.
• Communication: Fluent in Hindi and English. Must possess the "gravitas" to speak with high-net-worth property owners.
• Conflict Management: Proven ability to de-escalate tense situations with a win-win mindset.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital property listing platforms.
