• The client has 800 people spread across countries / geographies.
• The main Indian operations are in Mumbai and Bangaluru.
The role: HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition a good experience in above two is a clear preference.
Other Responsibilities
• Designing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business
• Conduct data driven analytics to influence decision making.
• Exposure to apparel industry will be preferred
• Ability to work on large company wide high impact projects.
Behavioral Skills

• Ability to work with cross functional teams
• Self starter, go getter
• Excellent communication skills
• Presentation skills,

• This is a Team Manager role. the team size will depend on person's abilities and past experience.

• The person would ideally come from a Consumer Manufacturing / Trading industry background in a mid/large firm.
Education Background
• The person would be an MBA / PGD in HR.
