Job Description
We are looking for a HR Manager to lead our HR team. You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. To perform well in this role you should have experience as a HR Manager, or other senior roles in the HR team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure labor laws and regulations compliance.
· Manage recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
· Oversee employee on boarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are integrated into the organization.
· Administer employee benefits programs and manage employee relations issues.
· Monitor and evaluate employee performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
· Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to ensure the organization remains competitive.
· Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives.
· Handle Payroll process, ESI and PF related issues
· Handle Employee/Workers’ grievances and implement disciplinary policies and procedures
· Handling the employee separation process (off-boarding formalities, termination, team transfers and entity transfers)
Preferred Candidate Profile:
· MBA degree with a specialisation in Human Resources or a related field
· Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management,
· Experience working in a start-up and fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
· Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Abilities
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
· Candidates who can join at a short notice are highly preferred.

Salary: ₹650,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
