• 7-8 years of experience in HRBP role.
• BPO industry experience is mandatory.
• Shift time 2:00pm - 11:00pm
• Lead the education, communication, change management and support of HR initiatives by partnering with business leaders to drive performance management, employee development, Talent Retention, adherence to company policies and procedures and HR administration
• Lead the execution of key HR processes like PACE, Payroll Process, Attendance and Leave tracking etc
• Lead and execute the HR reporting function by ensuring the HRIS is maintained in a timely and an accurate manner.
• Conceptualizes the Human Resource process improvements and takes lead on bridging process gaps that are highlighted through self, internal or external audits.
