We are looking for an experienced Corporate HR Professional with 8–12 years of experience, particularly someone who has worked with blue-collar/labor-intensive workforce in their recent years of experience. Industry background is flexible, but hands-on experience in managing workforce dynamics at the plant or site level is essential. Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with senior leadership on HR strategies and execution
• Lead initiatives in Talent Management, Employee Engagement, and HR Business Partnering
• Ensure compliance with statutory and labor regulations
• Drive effective Training & Development programs
• Manage workforce relations and support operational HR across plant locations
Requirements:
• Strong experience engaging with laborers or plant/site-based workforce
• Fluent in Kannada (verbal and written)
• Proven ability to influence and work with senior stakeholders
