Job Title - Senior Manager - Human Resources
The purpose of your role
As a member of the Talent Development team, contribute to the design, development and implementation of learning solutions. If you are passionate about facilitating associate and organizational success through learning, this might be the right opportunity for you.
The value you deliver
• Design, create and program manage professional, technology and business learning programs across a variety of learning methods
• Create innovative learning solutions that enable competence building by partnering with relevant stakeholders
• Work with vendors and other stakeholders to deliver programs to required needs and standards
• Monitor learning effectiveness and analyze relevant metrics, working with the HR Operations team
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and partner in delivering programs/initiatives
The skills that are key to this role
The role involves elements of conceptualization solution design, program management, along with stakeholder management, execution of programs and initiatives. Key skills required include:
• Functional skills around talent development
• Ability to create content and training material on Learning Technology Platforms
• Experience in using visual design tools such as adobe illustrator,
• Stakeholder management and consulting skills, ability to influence
• The ability to work collaboratively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
The skills that are good to have for this role
• Learning analytics
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of various learning models (ex – ADDIE, Bloom’s, Kirkpatrick, VARK etc.)

Talent Development is a function in Human Resources that supports Fidelity Management Research, India, in meeting its business objectives by developing learning solutions that maximize the capability of its workforce and enhances associate experience. In partnership with key business stakeholders and HR business partners, the team builds holistic learning solutions that optimize associate and organizational performance. The team is invested in associates` development and career vitality by enabling development of skills to meet current & future needs.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
• MBA with specialization in HR
• 10+ years of experience in designing, developing and implementing a variety of learning solutions
• Experience in technology / financial services industries would be an advantage
