In this role, as the HR of sub-portfolio at Genpact, you will partner with business leadership to attract, engage, and retain global talent to support business priorities and growth. HR function plays a critical role in Genpact given the people centric business and organizational culture.
We are looking for a self-starter who is energetic, agile, and passionate about people and can work closely with leadership and help us to make better decisions about all aspects of people management to enable a high-performance culture.Key Responsibilities:
.Engage and collaborate: Work with key internal and external partners in compensation and benefits, staffing, shared services, finance, and learning to provide comprehensive HR support throughout the employee lifecycle.
.Lead HR team: Drive focus and progress on critical human resource metrics such as recruitment, retention, engagement, learning, and compensation and benefits.
.Coach leaders: Guide business leaders and managers to effectively lead their teams and foster a culture of excellence.
.Talent management: Partner with leaders to identify critical roles and key talent. Develop plans to staff these roles with top talent and nurture their growth.
.Attract and retain talent: Lead efforts to ensure the organization attracts, selects, and retains top talent that aligns with business needs and values.
.Employee relations: Provide oversight and expertise in managing employee relations, including labor and employment concerns.
.Change management: Develop and implement strategies and communication plans to support major organizational transformations, mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring initiatives.
.Data-driven insights: Leverage HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to executive leadership on workforce planning, talent metrics, and HR key performance indicators (KPIs).
.Compliance: Ensure HR policies, practices, and processes comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.
.Risk management: Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to manage HR-related risks such as data privacy, employee relations, and employment law compliance.
