Team And Position Summary
Drives associate connect and engagement, working closely with People Managers. Supports the rollout of organizational programs and implements key people processes as per timelines. Assists the PP Leaders in design & deployment of team specific programs.
Position Responsibilities
Create Associate Experiences
• Liaise with all new joiners to establish the connect and help them assimilate faster into the organization
• Drive associate engagement initiatives through effective associate connect, conduct periodic communication forums
• Capture AES insights and plan key actions from Focus Group discussions across associate teams.
• Handle separations process end to end. conducting Exit Interviews to ensure smooth closure of full & final settlement
Enable Manager Effectiveness
• Coach Mgrs on their roles and issues
• Conduct Step-Up meetings for new managers
• Enable resolution of complex policy interpretations
Grow Associate Careers
• Execution of cyclical People Processes e.g. goal setting, annual and midyear performance cycles, promotions, compensation management, etc. with timeline adherence.
• Assist Lead People Partners with planning and roll-out of People programs and initiatives within the pillar and across IDC.
Linkages With Other HR Teams
• Provide inputs to HR Operations on the policy gaps through feedback from focus group discussion, grassroot sessions and experiences of associates/Managers.
• Ensure transactions related to data and systems (approval of rewards, LOA leaves etc.) are executed in alignment with standard organization practices.

Minimum Qualifications
Experience – 6-12 years in experience in Human Resources domain and relevant experience in HR Business partnering.
