Senior Manager| Industrialization Assembly Process

• BE or BTech in Mechanical Engineering, 10 Years to 15 Years’ Experience in Methods / Process Engineering / Industrialization
• Preferred either from External Candidate and Deputed @ GSC Corporate Office
• Strong hands on experience & knowledge of designing of the Production Assy line & SPM - Special Purpose Machine
• Ability to develop specifications, approve designs, realize & qualify manufacturing equipment/tooling and Manual Assy Lines
• Strong experience & exposure on Product industrialization, on some product Assy processes & Associated Mfg equipment as well as process parameters and limits.
• Working knowledge with equipment qualification process & evaluates equipment for safety and ergonomics concerns / issues and performance criteria
• Solid Works & AutoCAD Operating & Designing skills
• Build the Assy Line & SPM to meet Capacity, Quality, Safety / Ergonomic, Environmental principles & Total Preventive Maintenance metrics and tools
• Knowledge in Lean Concepts, Line Architecture & Design Methodology & Method Time Measurement Skills
• Strong knowledge in Riveting, fastening, gluing, snaping Assy Technologies
• Specifying, Implementing & Qualifying the Manufacturing Process & Equipments in compliance with SPS Principles
• Prepares financial analysis and executes project for procurement, Identifies Project risk areas, assesses supplier capabilities and select best qualified suppliers
• Ability to lead supplier to develop project timeline and performance criteria and ensures that equipment capabilities are adequate
• Ability to validate the different stages of a equipment realization: design review, external/internal acceptance.
• Assesses actual progress of supplier and provides timely communication of project budget, schedule and performance criteria
• Manage autonomously an new equipment qualification (includes validation of safety and ergonomics) in supplier premises and within the manufacturing facility
