Responsibilities
• Work closely with the global marketing teams to define and develop customer segmentation framework for acquisition, growth and retention
• Manage customer database management process, data enrichment process centrally for all regions/segments
• Collecting/aggregating/delivering segmentation variables and new requests as they come in from various parts of the business.
• Use company CRM application to accurately track all campaigns, activity and customer interactions
• Build marketing performance dashboards/ reports on the marketing outcome and manage communication with the key stakeholders
• Analyse and report on demand gen performance and implement multi-touch attribution modelling
• Measure the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns, incorporating costs, pipeline and other key metrics
• Automate manual processes to improve efficiency and assist in the prevention of data issues
• Work with stakeholders/vendors/partners to improve the processes. Ultimately shorten the time and disruption to the organization.
• Scope/Create change management policies when needed to define regional/global initiatives.
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management in any field.
• Experience in advanced MS Excel/MS Access is must.
• 8-10 years of experience in marketing & data operations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com, Marketo, Bizible and Tableau/PowerBI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and share best practices regularly.
• Strong problem-solving ability
