Role: Senior Manager - MIS Reporting
Location: Gurgaon/Mumbai
About our team:
Kotak DigiBank (Kotak’s Digital Branch) aims to be the largest and most preferred branch to distribute all financial products and services needed by our Customers. Kotak DigiBank team is responsible for enhancement of customer experience by offering seamless digital journey combined with best-in-class financial products and services in order to create value for Customers and accelerate growth for the Bank. The DigiBank team comprises category, product, campaign managers, data platform and analytics teams. The team is being built ground-up and provides great opportunities to build systems and processes from scratch and build one of the best-in-class analytical and business platform. The primary skills this team include advanced SQL, scripting, automation, deep-diving into the data, and presenting actionable insights. This role primarily includes but not limited to measuring performance of our Customer acquisition activities and growth campaigns.
The org size is expected to be around 40+ member team based out of Mumbai, Bangalore, and Gurgaon comprising of ~6+ sub teams independently driving their charter.

Scope:
• Collect, analyse and interpret large data sets from various sources.
• Develop and maintain tables, data marts and data visualizations in an automated manner.
• Create reports, dashboards and other visualizations to present findings to stakeholders
• Deep dive with data to perform root cause analysis and perform data quality checks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop analytical solutions
• Build knowledge of latest tools and technologies to help deliver flexible and scalable solutions
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in MIS/Data Analyst/Business/Product Analyst role
• Strong advanced SQL skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in at least one modern scripting such as Python, SAS, Scala etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in digital marketing / fintech organisations.
• Experience in automation by using scripting languages like python, SAS etc.
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to solve business problems.
