Responsibilities
The Senior Business Analyst in collaboration with the Clinical Application Consultant, will be responsible for the following:
• Assume a lead role in the implementation process of our Care Management Software products.
• Engage in advance preparation, to identify Client Care management processes, assess system usage needs through written and verbal consultation; determines the interaction between various departments and determine how Care Radius can meet the client business requirements
• Identify and analyze client Care management processes
• Provide recommendations for Best Practice and detailed documentation on how CareRadius can meet client business needs
• Provide initial product training in preparation for configuration
• Coordinates data analysis needs for implementation and report specifications and recommend appropriate system configuration
• Recommend business processes improvement and identifies business rules as appropriate to support those processes
• Serve as a subject matter expert on all business functionality
• Creates Visio workflow diagrams, Use Cases and/ or Swim lane analysis
• Maintain a detailed understanding of the product technically and functionally and make recommendations for product enhancement and revisions to the product manual as appropriate
• Ensure thorough documentation of product and process inconsistencies/ issues/ software concerns for follow-up and/or resolution by programming staff
• Participate in ensuring the project is on schedule and on budget
• Actively participate in required team meetings and provide feedback and updates to the team
• Actively participate in ensuring the project is on schedule and on budget and stays within scope
• Clearly communicate internally and externally to ensure business requirements line up with project scope
• Identify & document potential risks and issues and in conjunction with the project team determine mitigation strategies
• Assist the client in the development of their end-user training curriculum through review and recommendations
• Participate in the on-going quality improvement efforts for implementation tools and processes
• Actively participate in departmental meetings
• Deliver analysis documentation by identifying requirements and meeting with client
• Ensure all technical design specifications meet business requirements
• Works to ensure all requirements are met and technical designs meet business functionality.
• Assists QA with test cases and scenarios and reviewing test results to ensure they meet requirements as needed
• Perform Custom Dev Testing as applicable and leading the Client in Test preparation and execution on site or remote
• Identifies business impact of making changes by determining impact of system changes, translating business objectives into business requirements, performing analysis such as screen and functional design, business processes, and the end-to-end mapping of data processing flows for both inbound and outbound data feeds.
• Serve as a lead between the business and technical teams to ensure technical understanding of the appropriate business requirements
• Provide insight to alternative means of meeting business needs
• Thoroughly documents product and process inconsistencies/ issues/ software concerns for follow-up and/or resolution by programming staff.
• Coordinates and Leads the building of custom development for the product
• Provide expert guidance on Care Radius solutioning to meet client requirements
• Provide Best Practice documentation for Solutions to optimize the value of CareRadius
• “Train the Trainer” Training and oversight of the client developed training material
• Technical Training – custom development and Architecture
• Review Specifications developed by Business Application Consultant for completeness and accuracy and provide sign off prior to development
• Engage in Test Planning for all client testing (SIT, UAT, Performance)
• Provide oversight and guidance during testing
• Other duties as assigned
