Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Manager Medical Operations at Credihealth, located in Gurugram. As a Senior Manager Medical Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the medical department. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services and optimize operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance patient care, improve processes, and achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of medical regulations and compliance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in computer applications and medical software
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy
