Job description
We are currently hiring for a Leading Private Sector Bank for Credit Manager - Structured Finance role within Wholesale Banking Vertical.
Role: Credit Manger- LC Structured Finance
Job Role:
• Analyzing Structured Finance deals, performing Credit Analysis & Cashflow Analysis, evaluating Financial Risk and Risk Assessment
• Preparation of Credit Appraisal notes for Large Corporate.
• Discuss with business on Terms and Conditions for risk assessments
• Discuss with customers for obtention of information for preparation of CRANs.
• Monitor the accounts based on the terms stipulated by the Sanctioning Authority.
• Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Monitoring Reports for the portfolio.
• Escalate with an action plan for non compliances.
• Visit the units and submit inspection reports.
• Manage and address any escalations related to risk assessments
Job Requirements:
• Experience required in Structured Finance/ Credit Underwriting for Large Corporate
• Working knowledge of Excel for preparation of Financial Models
• Experience in Project Finance and / or Infra sector credit analysis would be preferred (not mandatory).
• CA/ MBA/ CFA
• Good verbal, written communication & presentation skills.

Job Position: Sr. Manager Payroll & Compliance

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the organization's payroll system, including processing payroll, preparing tax documents, and resolving any payroll-related issues
2. Ensure HR compliance with relevant laws and regulations (labor law compliances)
3. Monitor changes to payroll and HR compliance laws and regulations and ensure the organization's policies and procedures are up to date
4. Develop and implement payroll and HR compliance training programs for employees
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including time and attendance, benefits, and tax information
6. Coordinate with other departments, including finance and HR, to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and compliance-related tasks
7. Provide excellent customer service to employees by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
8. Prepare and submit regular reports on payroll and HR compliance activities to management
+. Manage the work of direct reports, including performance management, coaching, and development.
Requirements:
1. Degree in accounting, business, HR, or a related field
2. 5+ years of experience in payroll and HR compliance, including experience managing a team
3. Strong understanding of payroll and HR compliance laws and regulations
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
7. Experience with payroll software and HRIS systems
8. Strong Excel implementation skills
