Miracle Group is an initiative founded by three young Brothers Mr. Hemendra Agarwal, Mr. Lokesh Agarwal, and Mr. Amit Agarwal in the year 2011.
Our expertise lies in providing customized and sustainable packaging solutions to our customers by providing a wide range of packaging products like Corrugated Boxes, Mono Cartoons, Adhesive Labels & HDPE Jar. The Miracle has ventured into the Flexible Packaging industry, with an aspiration to develop India’s 1st Packaging Park.
We are proud to have over 1500 employees happily working with us at different locations across India viz. Rajasthan, Punjab and Gujarat.
Miracle engages with brand owners early on in the development process to understand their specific needs, and partners with them to create packs that stand out on the shelves and shape consumer experiences, that's what makes Miracle unique in its business.
Roles And Responsibilities
• New Customer Development
• Identify potential customers, build strong relationships with the customer at all levels
• Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness
• Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
• Analyze market competitors and their strategy
• Share ideas to organize effective marketing events
• Coordinating with plants to ensure timely supplies and services
Desired Candidate Profile
• Should be a pleasant personality with excellent verbal & written communication skills to develop effective business alliances
• Good in calculating figures and amounts such as discounts, costs, proportions, percentages, and volume
• Min. 4 years of Corrugation / Mono cartoon / Flexible packaging Industry work experience
