What will you do every day?
This role, reporting directly to the CEO, plays a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives and overseeing the development and execution of the company's overall strategic direction.
The Strategy Manager serves as a trusted advisor to the CEO and collaborates with senior executives to shape the organization's long-term goals and ensure alignment with the company's vision.
This role requires a deep understanding of the industry, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends evaluation to identify opportunities and risks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish strategic priorities and create action plans.
Drive the implementation of strategic initiatives by coordinating with various departments and ensuring clear communication of objectives and timelines.

Collaborate with department heads to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop tracking mechanisms to measure the success of strategic initiatives.

Prepare presentations, reports, and briefings for the CEO, board of directors, and other senior executives to communicate strategic initiatives, progress, and outcomes.
Collaborate with the CEO's office to ensure effective communication and coordination across the organization regarding strategic priorities.
Provide analysis and insights on market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape to support strategic discussions and decision-making at the executive level.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, or management consulting roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities to effectively oversee multiple initiatives.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels.
