Roles and responsibilities :
Develop and implement recruitment strategies and processes to attract, select, and hire a high volume of candidates across various roles within the sales organization (both enterprise and retail).
Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs and define job requirements and key talent specifications, attributes for each position.
Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, campus engagement and professional networks, to source and attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Previous experience in working with tracking systems, workflow tools (Zoho recruit, etc). recruitment tools, applicant
Strong analytical skills and experience with advanced excel.
Ability to develop and implement planning process and procedures to meet future recruitment goals (just in time recruitment)
